Was Your SAT Postponed due to Weather?

If you were signed up to take the SAT this past Saturday but were informed that the test center was closed due to weather, what are the next steps?
If you go to the SAT Test Center Closings page on the College Board website, you can look up the test center where you were registered and see if a makeup has been scheduled. If the site says that a makeup will be administered on a certain day, you can log into your College Board account, print off a new ticket, and plan to take the test on the day scheduled. You will want to bring your new ticket to the test center on your rescheduled test day.
If the makeup is still to be determined, the College Board is still working to arrange a makeup date, and will notify you by email as soon as the test is scheduled.
If the makeup date does not work with your schedule, you may transfer your registration to another national test day at no charge. Keep in mind, though, that the makeup date for the January 23rd test is the last opportunity to take the current form of the SAT.
Were you signed up to take the January 23rd test with a waitlist ticket? Unfortunately, you are not eligible to makeup the test. You’ll need to register for the next administration of the redesigned SAT in March.
